Norwich Housing
The Norwich Housing Corporation, formerly the National Board of Trustees, mission is to assist in the acquisition and renovation of viable housing for our undergraduate chapters. The Norwich Housing Corporation has low interest rate loans available for life safety improvements such as fire sprinklers and alarms, as well as mortgage loans to assist alumni corporations in improving the housing situation of their respective undergraduate chapter. The Norwich Housing Corporation stands ready to assist in any way needed. Working together, we can meet the needs of today’s student and improve our ability to compete in today’s college market place.
Future housing is a key to the Fraternity’s growth. A Theta Chi Fraternity house should provide a clean and safe residential living environment to its brothers and guests. The Fraternity house should be a home away from home where brothers live and learn together and develop friendships that would last a lifetime. The house should provide an atmosphere that is conducive to academics and the ideals and beliefs of our Fraternity. Future Theta Chi houses must be aesthetically appealing to the community and competitive with all other student housing options. The house should be a home alumni would be proud to call their “home away from home.” – Grinslade
